Billet grill, HELP!

I have a 2001 ford ranger XL, one I need help removing a stripped screw and installing the grill in general, any help is appreciated!

Is that similar to an ’03 ?

If so what screw are you talking about ?

If I remember correctly there are screws along the top, then there are just clips, that $uck getting out.

I got the screw out but if someone can show me were to mount it that would be grand

I got it installed and it's hitting the top of my trim piece!
