Rear Bumper Removal

So I just got a replacement bumper for mine (it was all dinged and dented up) but I can't get my old one off. I was trying to take out the 4 bolts facing upwards, I assume this lets the whole thing come off? But they don't budge, any tips?

X2 when I did mine it was a pita... I some how got an impact in there... idk if PB is the same as WD40 but it works wonders

use PB blaster and a breaker bar it will come lose!
