Your opinion please

What do you guys think I should do next to my truck. I'm not going to lift it, but small modifications that you guys think would look good.. I was thinking about painting the valance but I'm not really sure about how it would look..
Also thought about de-chroming the bumper and making it black.. hmm..

I would paint the valance black, get 06+ mirrors, and get a stainless exhaust tip.

Don't you have to drill for 06+ mirrors? Also what kind of tip would be good to get? I've never looked at the tips, always thought they were for ricers lol I guess not though

Yeah, you have to drill out the bottom 2 holes for 06+ mirrors... I would recommend them though. They're awesome and I love mine, though I hated them when Shane first put his on 2 years ago. lol

I would also say paint the valance black, 06+ emblems, corners, tails and mirrors. And FX4 J-hooks would look killer on your truck.. And hack of the end of the exhaust pipe right after it makes it's way over the axle so it's dumped. Save the money on a tip..

Yes, and no. You can either drill the holes, or some have modified them to fit without drilling. I'd do it right and just drill the holes though.

As for the tip, I'd get either polished stainless or black. No, exhaust tips are definitely not ricer. At least not the kind I'm referring to.

i was to at first but its not that bad the first cut is the worst. the best way to do it is hold up the mounting bracket and trace around it and then cut smaller than your lines and you will be fine.

Im with everyone else:

get 06 mirrors
Shane (fx4wannabe01) has some 01-03 Level II tow hooks that would look killer!
take off running boards (I did and it looks way better plus more clearance)
throw some black heat paint (4.95 at lowes in spray can) on the exhaust!
Paint valance and back bumper pad black
06 tails
