Mirror swap question

How involved/expensive of a job is swapping my flag mirrors with some nicer ones? What years would fit? Any help appreciated.

What year truck? TO be safe, 98+ are all swapable. Possibly older models as well....but that's all i can at this current moment of time.

All it takes taking off your door panels, unbolting the 3 nuts that are on the studs on the back of the mirror, and bolting the new one on. Really simple.

any '95-'05 Ranger mirror is bolt on. You can put the '06+ mirrors on, but it takes a little modification to get them installed.

06+ requires you to drill out the holes and use washers to mount the mirros.. but are so badass!

I swapped my brother's manual flag types for manual 'styled' type mirrors....like what came on my truck stock.

Sorry for not telling you guys the year, I am used to having info in my sig, but I haven't made one for this site yet.

One last mirror question : If I find mirrors, but they are powered, can I still use them and adjust them manually? Or do I have to find manual mirrors?

I'm gonna go ahead and say any 93-94 mirrors are bolt on too, since I put on the 2004 style mirrors on mine and they were just bolt on!
