Body Lift owners...Would you do it again?
I'm considering a body lift for my truck, as to avoid the common somewhat increased suspension wear of suspension lifts. I do alot of miles and want maximum durabilty.
Do you like your BL? What kind do you have? What mods were needed to complete it? Pics?

yup.....never had a problem....love it.....
i have only heard of 1 person ever having a problem with a body lift.....and that was from what i heard, their own fault...
mine is a Performance Accessories....most peoples are PA kits....
the only other things that need to be done besides the kit is wheels/tires....
here is my photobucket page with my truck before body lift..

I have a 3" PA. Love it. Gave me the clearance to run 33x12.5" without even touching the torsion bars.
Plus it's just a lot cheaper then a full on suspension lift. I bought it back when I was in school, and money wasn't exactly easy to come by. Very glad I did it. Took me 2 nights of working on it after work to get it finished.
I did extend the fuel filler neck, but many people say you don't need to. Not really sure. Either way that's a pretty simple fix as well as long you make sure to tighten up the clamps.
Think mine cost me like $150.

Same here, had mine on for a year and never had any trouble. Its much cheaper then a suspension lift and if your not out for ground clearence just to look good its the way to go. I belive there around $200 and by myself I installed it in 11 hours. Only modifications I came to were my FX4 tow hooks, hitch and exhaust. After fixin them its all good.
