sweet looks good, you should do the coolant and wiper fluid tank covers as well and maybe even the relay box

Thanks, lightly sanded, left the textured look, cleaned with Alcohol, 2 coats of Rustoleum black primer, about 3 coats of metallic night black & topped with several coats of clear.

looks good man..i like that color

kinda looks similar to the house of color black pearl ive been usin..my junk is 10 bucks for a small can..

i might have to switch over!

one question though- now that the 4.0L cover is nice and clean and new looking, how's the rest of the engine bay compare??? did you just give yourself a day of cleaning???? lol...

again.. it looks good man!

Thanks guys, I'll try & get some pics asap of the finished Main Fuse box cover even though its really not finished. I have a few imperfections so I want to sand & repaint again. Was to damn windy yesterday & something flew into the final coat of clear.

doesnt look to shabby..mine engine bay is horrible..i just dont feel like gettin a ladder and going at it..

Did you use any plastic paint for the primer, etc? I hate to break it to you, but its all just a matter of time before that paint bubbles up from the heat in the engine bay. I have had to repaint mine several times, hopefully i got it right this time.

It looks great though, hopefully you wont have any troubles..
