Well it will depend on how much wear you have on your bars. If it is a newer truck, you are going to have to crank them less, because obviously there is more wear on the bars. On an older one you have to do more. When I crank mine again, I will have to go to the max to get the lift I need out of them. In all honesty I should probably get newer #1 bars, but I am lazy and cheap lol.
