Rollpan hitch + 3" bodylift?

I've been searching the forums a bunch for info on hitches lately since I plan to buy one in the next few weeks and I came across a post or two that mentioned the possibility of installing a 3" body lift and one of those hidden hitches built to hide behind a rollpan to achieve the proper height to match the rear bumper. If that will work I'd much rather buy those both now instead of getting my hitch and getting a body lift a few months down the road and then having my hitch cut and rewelded 3 inches higher to make it look right.

Anybody have any more info on that setup? I've got mod fever and after the hitch goes on I'm almost certain I'm gonna do a body lift and would hate to have to do things twice.
