Fiberglass camper top ?

I found a fiberglass camper top on an older ranger at a junkyard. The ranger is im guessing around early 90s maybe mid to late not sure exactly. Its not a gen 1 model. The junkyard only wants 50 to 75 for the top. Will this fit on my 2004 edge? I am going tomorrow to check it out but I wanted to see if its going to fit or am i going to need to bring a trailor.

not sure off the top of my head, the most important thing you need to check is the curve of the top bed rail, if the curve is even slighly not the same, the cap will wear through the paint and into the metal on your truck.

It should fit. I bought mine the exact same way. It was sitting on early 90s ranger but I think it was designed for a different truck altogether. The shape of the top where it meets the truck is a lil funky looking on my truck and the one it came off of. However it sat pretty well on the bedrails of the early 90s ranger and mine. Having an over the rail liner made it fit even better tho. For some reason on my truck the cap looks like it narrows a lil at the front. I paid 90 bucks but it was cheeper than anyone could drive up to school and get my stuff from college and drive back.

Sold the ranger and bought a jeep.

'95 YJunk...I did put a Ford 8.8 in the rear just to keep it real.

Ok so the camper top was for any older ranger. Mid to late 80s ranger. Looks to be about the same exact legth and same width. Do you guys think this will fit on my truck? Also where could I get new gaskets for it to take out my back window?

Take a friend with you, drive to the junkyard, lift the camper up, set it on your bedrails, and check the fit all the way around.
