Window Seals

I've got a 92 Ranger and I would like to replace the outer seals on the passenger and drivers windows. The ones that wipe against the window as you roll it up and down. They are both hard and dry and gap away from the windows allowing rain to just run into the doors.

Anybody got some links to where I can purchase these?
