Which front bar do you like better?

It's also good there, it protects the valence, or if you happened to get in a head-on-collision with a lowrider, it'd fix their hood and bumper a little.

I love my WAAG bar I get compliments on it pretty often. But honestly I really like the full brush guards too!

But I like it, it serves my purpose without overtaking the look of my truck. Full brush guards on light trucks look like poop because they are so big compaired to the rest of the truck.
my $0.02

ya, i see a lot of them but mostly on other bigger trucks...and explorers..
If i DO infact see a ranger with ANYthing on it, it is the full brush gard, there just most popular.
I always see this black ranger at my work on tuesdays who has the full gard, and I kinda like the way it looks, but I also like the WAAG bar.
Im still undecided. I have pictures of all 3 sitting on my table and i look at them at least 10 times a day but i cant decide.

Given I'm not as 'hard-core' as most and would probably be labled a 'mall-crawler' by some of you.
I agree, the design leaves a little to be desired. It would be nice if someone were to market either a guard that didn't mount to the frame by going under the valance like that.. or better yet, if someone marketed a whole replacement bumper w/ intergrated fog cutouts and an intergrated bar.
Besides, if you're serious about aproach angle, the valance has to go anyhow.. Not all of us are willing to part w/ the valance.
That said, these things are mostly cosmetic anyhow. I mean look to see how beat to crap mine is.. and that's just after a couple wrist/arm sized pine trees.

If you want something to mount lights, get a prerunner bar, those look mean.
The valence has to go though, which looks real good but shows some bolts and stuff. This does not have the ground clearance issue, but may play with the approach angle, not sure.
I see at least 10 different rangers every day around my small city, and probably at least 40 different ones live throughout the city. 2 other than me have a full brush guard, none have any other bar.

In my area all of the SUVs have those wrap-around brush guards and ones on the tail lights too. Me and my friends call them "shopping cart guards" because the only place these cars go is to the store and back. go with #1 or #3. Im going to be ordering #1 in the group order coming up in September.

Link?
I was leaning towards number 2 but after seeing some pictures and reading the discussion here I think #1 is the way to go as long as lights can still be mounted on it.
The big question, will it work on the Mazda B4000?

Has 2 pre-drilled holes for lights. Yes it works for Mazda, make sure to make that clear when calling them to order.
