according to this http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fr/full.aspx?Page=24 it looks like you need to buy the top metal piece also. the 2wd one is too long and doesn't have the room for flares that come on the 4wd.

if i'm wrong, someone will chime in and correct me.

When im at work i dont have a lot of time and doing it on my phone (which is touch screen) its easy to hit the period button. Any else have any input on what bumpers i can use without changing the upper that can be painted ? I want to make my truck look less like a fleet truck and the front bumper is the biggest thing . In about two weeks everything else will be changed to not look like a fleet truck except the bumper if i cant figure something out . Also im trying to keep it on a tight budget so least exspensive if possible but all options will be considered.

Thanks
Kevin

Yeah you're gonna have to buy the 2001-2005 4x4 bumper. Then you'll have to buy the plastic 2001-2003 or 2004-2005 valance with fog light holes. Whichever style you want. The 2wd bumper will not work, it's longer. But you can buy the valance with fake fog light holes that fits on the 2wd bumper and cut out the spots where they would be....Here's that one...
