96 to 01 swap

Hey guys,I've searched and couldnt find the exact details on what i need for the swap, do I need anything else besides fenders,bumper,lights,grill and hood, to change my 96 front to an 01?

header pannel, light clamps, is it possible to go from 97 to 01 i thought you had to have a 98-2000 to do that but i may be wrong.

i know that on the 98-00 all you have to do is change header panel lights grill and bumper. but i dont know what else is involved with your year.
