does anyone ever warn you guys about doing this? the bumper has that gap so it doesnt contact the body when the frame and body flex... I agree, it does look better, but I would rather the gap be there than bent fenders or chipped paint. just my 2 cents.

I know, I have one. Mine is much more flush though. Yeah I'm not a fan of the super close bumper/grille/header panel either.

Ah I think its because I have the edge flares, where he doesn't.

The step side (like yours) don't come with front flares.

When I was completely flexed my bumper would almost hit my fender. I never did the mod.

Yea, Thats what I wonder everytime I see someone do this. The other day I had a jack under one side jacking it way up (putting my shackles back to normal) and the front bumper almost flexed into the piece under the headlights even with the big gap.

I hate you guys with the nice bumper gap like that. I did it to mine and the center part of the bumper wont come up as high as yours, but my sides will. IDK why it won't, it goes down all the way but not up all the way.

I think thats a valance thats meant for a truck with flares and since he doesn't have any thats why it looks like that.
