No hitch is bolt-on except one made for a 98+ Ranger/B-series. My suggestion is finding someone who is good at fabricating to modify or even build you a hitch to compensate for the bodylift. If the modify route is chosen, look for a hitch that mounts to both the side of the frame and the bottom of the frame. BTW...you don't have to modify it for the bodylift, but it'll make it look alot less out of place and hanging down.
Find a cheap hitch through your local craigslist or if you've got any junkyards in your area. 98+ Ranger/B-series will work for ya.
Soon as I find a new donor hitch, my lifted hitch will be available for purchase.
Get one that mounts to the side AND the bottom...

Thanks for the tips. I actually need a receiver hitch but I don't know what I should get. I was wondering if you ever tried this Curt Class I receiver hitches? If so how was it? Thanks.

Old Guy User…

There was a Thread about just this problem on this site (??).
The guy sectioned the side plate and raised the hitch portion and plated for extra strength.
I don’t agree with getting the cheapest one, which one not sure, get a quality hitch and have it mod’d to fit your application.
Add the extra side plate and as Shane stated get some extra side frame mounting out of the deal.
Another thought... take it to a Truck Shop, not an Accessory Store but a Towing/Trailering/RV type of Shop and talk to them, they should have an idea of what will work.
