How Hard is it to Remove the Plastic honey comb Foglight Piece?

There are three parts holding the foglight onto the honeycomb, two are those flimsy metal nuts on the plastic posts (right side), and one bolt (left side).
Just get the right sockets to remove the nuts and bolt, and you will have your foglight out. The bolt with the spring on it is the adjuster for the light. If I remember correctly, that does not have to be removed to get the fog light out of the honeycomb.
I have no idea how to get the honey comb out after that. You may just have to paint them while they're in the bumper. Blue painter's tape and an exacto knife should do just fine.
