Off. The truck isn't nearly big enough to need them and they look dumb.
If you were trying to hide the frame with a body lift, I would say they are acceptable. Personally, steps like that get in my way. I bet once you take them both off you'll find it is much easy to get in and out without hitting your shins and having to lean way over.
