exhaust q--your opinion

just trying to think of how to run my exhaust, I dont really want to run duals straight out the back so was trying to think of some different options. What do guys think stacks coming out of the bed would look like on a ranger? would it be retarded looking or cool? I have never seen it done on a ranger. Its probly going to be either stacks or run duals out in front of the rear tire. what yall think?

Well I assume you already know it's near impossible to run it out both sides in front of the wheel, so you must mean duals out in front of the passenger side rear tire, which doesn't look too bad. Stacks.. ehh... I like them when black smoke is coming out of them, but uhh, I don't know how it would look on a Ranger. Photoshop time!

I just had mine done. Duals with exits behind both rear wheels. like the stock one on the passenger side.
I don't have pics as the camera is at my sisters, but; I like the look.

Wife had it done for me for Christmas.

lifted rangers with a flareside bed might look good with stacks (mounted ouside the bed, behind the cab) as long as the stacks were the right diameter. and the truck was a single cab. i guess a supercab might look ok, but, i'm invisioning something like the old '70's dodge "little red" express trucks.

But maybe it'll give you an idea. I didn't think I'd like mine coming out of the sides like that but I think its looks pretty good. I'm really happy with it but honestly can't tell you which way I like better, straight out the back or off to the sides.

*EDIT* holy crappy paint jobs it looks like i missed some spots eh? lol it was dark guys give me a break lol

I agree, stacks on a Ranger just wouldn't look right.

My setup was kinda pricy, but it was done right. Some things, you get what you pay for I guess.

Throw it out the passenger side in front of the rear tire for now, when you SAS then if you really think you can pull it off, well thats your choice!!
