There are probably a hundred threads about this and I'm just not using the appropriate search terms, but I can't find any references to what I was looking for. I'm sure everyone gets tired of these questions so I apologize...

The weather is warming up and I'm getting the itch to do some more stuff with the truck, but I'm not sure now which path I want to take in regards to color scheme. I have chrome bumpers and grill assembly, but black nerf bars, and I can't tell which would look better with the DSG.

I really like the way 69Cougar's two-tone hood turned out, but can't tell if the inverse would look as good. I saw a silver Ranger done with black, but didn't like it quite as much as 69C's black with DSG.

Is it possible to use both, black & chrome, to compliment each other? I actually have a new front plate coming that incorporates both (it's a mirrored black plate with red/white 14 for Tony Stewart) and think that if I darkened the headlight assembly that it might set off the front end next to the chrome of the grill.

I've attached a picture for reference. I sure do appreciate any opinions (I'm also looking in the picture gallery as time permits to find examples for my own comparison).

i think you should get a color matched bumper just like lazers i think it looks the cleanest and do black on your hood and grill surround
