03' bed in a 95'

Simply put, would a bed out of an 03' Ranger fit onto a 95' Ranger?

YES!

Beds are same from 93-08, in 09 they started with the 10 bolts to secure the bed to the frame, only difference is 6' or 7', and styleside or stepside, and of course the STX in 04 up.

Cool thing is, the STX beds are just Mazda beds, and as everyone knows, Mazdas are the same as rangers. They add a little more style if you ask me.
