I did a search with no results.

I need a new passenger door for my truck. It is a 2006 Ranger. What is the year models that will fit it? I called the local dealershi and he gave me a HUGE oes anyone knoow for sure what the correct year range is? I found a 1993 door but I still need to go look at it. If it is different, how different is it? Will it still fit, I just got to replace the mirrors or what??

1993+ but id probably go with a 2001+ just because they are newer

 

well, it is a manual door, no electronics and we were talking about painting it anyway. If a 93 will definetly fit, that would be great. I am just worried that the 06 mirror wont fit or the panel doesn't fit or something like that.

 

maybe someone else will chime in on that one, I cant remember

the 06 mirrors have to be modded to fit on to a 93 door. its in the how-to's

 

Wow. I hope that is all that needs to be changed. I hope that there aren't any different curves or something in the different years. I just called a different dealership and they told me that you can only go as far back as a 2003! This is really starting to get on my nerves. Two different dealerships, two different answers.

 

a 93 door probably will fit, but you'll probably need to change out the latch. actually, a 93 or 94 will need the door latch for the dome light switch atleast. i would stick with 01+ if you can, or 95+ if it's the only one you can find.
