Carriage Works grill help

Does anybody know if the Carriage Works billet grill replacement for an '04 is a direct replacement? I'm looking for a nice billet grill, but I refuse to reck/cover up my nice stock grill. Besides I want to put in driving lights behind the grill so I could use the extra room. I have been searching but many places don't give that info for their products.

match it to your rims, brushed if the rims are chrome or alum. Black if anyother color rims

I say go black, just becuase it'll match more with your grey. I think the brushed look will stand out too much
