Found this Fiberglass bed cover for sale by my house....350$......Do you think it matches the lines of the bed? If seen a couple that i dont like, and this one seems to match pretty good......

My soft cover is getting alittle old and ive always wanted a hard cover......
Im trying to negotiate the price....for the right price i might buy it today with cash.....

It'll look good. It's worth the money. Repainting cost me 200 bucks on mine so you've gotta take that into account.

personally i dont like it... i love hard covers but that looks like a cheap one. just flat... idk i liked the ARE look that my splash had alot better...



i like the more covered sides but thats me...

 

I like that one. It's flatter than the A.R.E. Alot simpler looking. Get it.

 

I dont like the ARE because of the lifted part in the middle...

The guy just called me, im going to leave here and meet him to check it out....might be putting it on today....

Although it will be red, on a green truck, haha...

Its still a really good price, doesnt look like there are any cracks / chips etc.....looks go be in great condition.......i guess i will find out in like 30 min.....

Might have to make a trip to the bank....i have a buddy that will paint it for 150

Zach do you have any pictures of how yours mounted?

I just went and checked it out and its nice....no chips or cracks....made of thick fiberglass......im going to buy it tomrrow / monday, he didnt have time today....

But im unsure on how they mounted it to the bed......i dont want to go drilling a crap load of holes in my bed.....

 

The nice ones should just be C clamps that go under the bed rail. They usually always are. Mine is a drill in to the side of the bedrail and thankfully not the top. It is 6 1/4 inch holes that I wouldn't even notice if it weren't on.

 

I was talking to gay-briel....and i think i figured out what they did....i know most just c-clamp to the bed.......

Im still deciding if i want it or not...i told him to call me tomorrow or monday and come over.....but i can still back out......i really like it, its just the money....
