projector headlights

i'm wanting to put in a set of HID lights, but i'm debating using my reflector lenses, or getting a set of th proper projector lenses... but if i do get the projectors, i want something that looks stock ish... not priticularly fond of the ebayzilions... i like my blacked out headlights, though, so i'm thinking somethign that looks like ford could have put it out as an option... anyone know of anythign that sounds like this? i kinda want the 2 piece design (head and corner)

I have been looking for the same thing. I have hid lights and I love them... Other drivers hate them.

I've been running my hids in my stock housings for a little under half a year now, haven't been flashed once. I just aimed them to match my mom's car's factory hids. As for the projectors you're talking about, i haven't seen the ones you want but the ones on ebay imo look bad

I seen someone on here take the stock headlight housing and put a projector in it then painted the reflector housing black. Can't recall who it was though this was awhile ago.

some of the ones on ebay, for the older, late 90's trucks don't look terrible... but not what i'm looking for, not to mention the won't fit my truck...

i was thinking about trying something like that... but i think aiming them, and making them work properly would be a royal PITA!

Retro fit a set in. A lot of people use ones out of Infinitis for modding them in.

I've been running my hids in stock housing for a little over a year now. I get flashed every now and then but i could really care less ( i have them aimed as low as i can ) I have been wanting to take those infinity projectors and retrofit them in to the stock housing but knowing myself i will probably mess it up. I'm personally waiting for a company to come out with some, or for someone on here to make them and put em up for sale

H4 9003 Bi-xenon projector HID CONVERSION Kit Hi/Lo New on eBay.ca (item 140370479271 end time 28-Mar-10 13:59:26 EDT)

it looks like it, but i would rather a second (or seventh) opinion, before i drop $160...

I have a brand new set of bmw projectors complete with ballasts and bulbs if your interested. You can retrofit these into your stock headlights.

So is this a plug and play setup? I know wiring has to be done, but the actual mounting of the kit in my headlight housing?
