Body work on the 93

I started out removing the bumpers and painting them and my dad called in a favor for some body work and this is what i ended up with haha, it will be painted in about 2 weeks, ill put new pictures on when its complete. I started coating the bed too, to see how it looks. Im thinking im going to paint it about the same green it was, but i was thinking about balck, give me some ideas on paint.

From the pics it doesn't look like you prepped the paint at all . . . I also would (and did) remove my mirrors, you'll get an edge build up (esp. if you're using high build/fill primer). It's only 3 nuts holding them on.

I think he was talking about the original green paint. It looks like it hasn't been sanded.

Even with filler primer, you still have to prep the surface. I did my drivers side fender and hood with filler primer, but also sanded everything down and fixed my high and low spots. Its ready for the final coat of primer and paint.

i get that what im telling you there is a reason there is fill primer where it is. it must have needed some puddy or something so im pretty sure that it was sanded.

I really like that dark grey with the green.

However, I've always liked that teal colour myself.
