Icon14 Nightshade question

How many can would i need to do my 3rd brake light, both tails, and turn signals?? probably 2 coats on each??..Ive gonna order some this week and ive never done this before..so any help might be nice/

Here are some shots of my truck, I have two coats of Nightshades on there. That was with one can, and there was still some left over.

dang man..Thats a bad truck..IT looks really good..So you have 2 coats on the brakes and 3rd brake light??..

Thanks, appreciate it. Yes, I have 2 coats on each, and a couple of coats of clearcoat as well.

just make sure when you do this, you do super thin coats.

it runs really easy if you put it on to thick and it gets really dark.

ok thin coats..got it...So i need to order some clear coat too? How many coats is enough (how many can will i need)....If your holding the can back farther spraying it for thin coats, want you waste a lot of the tint??

You don't need the clear coat, I just bought it to make the lenses look a little more glossy. If you wanted to do it, you can use the smallest can they've got. The thin coats are a good tip.

just ordered 2 cans of nite shade off ebay for only 27 bucks...Well, i was wondering if anyone has any pics of what i want to do:: 99 ranger here, im gonna mask off the clear lense and tint the rest 2-3 coats, then tint the clear lense 1 coat...Then do the same thte the third brake light....Then tint the turn signals, my buddy is gonna help me make a F.O.R.D. template to lay over the turn signals...if it turns out good.

my nite shade came last night....I tinted everything already..My girlfreinds computer is DIAL UP so it takes 4EVER to upload pictures...I been trying since last night...piece of sh#t....anywasy I masked of the clear lense on the tail lights, and coated them 3 coats or so...still not dark, at least i think..Then i did 4 coats on my turn signals....they still look light too, just me thinks that, then my 3rd brake light.....Ill try to get pics if this computer will FU**IN work....

I dont even remember how many coats I put on my tails, but they turned out pretty dark and I would definately suggest hititng it with clear and wet sanding with 1000-2000 grit paper so it looks nice and glossy
