size difference ?

is there a difference in size between a 4x2 and a 4x4 model of the '98-'00 XLT ?

I can pick up a 4x4 grill for about $25.0 locally, and am considering it for a project I have in mind, but if it wont straight up bolt on I wont bother.

dont know if it is strictly 4x4 or if it came with a special model type (like edge or splash)
but its listed as a 4wd grill

the 1st picture is the grill on my truck
the 2nd is a pic of the listed grill.

edit
I love your avatar, she is such a hotty.

I believe any grill from those years should fit just fine. I'd say go for it

The grille on the right is the one that my truck has, but gray. I was to buy the grille on the left (it was $70 bucks, used, lol) and i just compared them and it seemed like a straight swap.

thanks all
Al, Im planning on doing a full cover with that hex mesh on my current grill, and using the other as a back up. if you got a grill that looks like mine is now, would you be interested in those hex inserts for it ? it would just be the upper portion as I would still be using the lower part that is in the valance.

Im torn between the 2 of them
I like the aggressive look the 1st one gives, but I also like the clean look of the 2nd one.

I would do both, but if I do the 2nd one, its going to ruin the grill since I have to do some cutting on it.
the 1st one would be easier to do as well, due to its design, but harder to figure a way to keep the inserts in place.

also, I only have enough mesh left to do 1 or the other, and unless I can find it at a decent price in aluminum @ .50 thickness, Im probably not going to buy another sheet.
