Your truck's Dark Shadow Grey right? Just go to pepboys/autozone/advanced/O'Reily's any autoparts store and get the Duplicolor spray can and some clear. One can of each should be plenty and they have factory paint matches so you can get it matched exactly.

You know what? That's the first I've ever even heard of painting the wiper blade bodies. I've seen and done the wiper arms before, but never the frames. Pretty unique idea.

I replace my wipers yearly, but it sounds like a good idea.

well instead of just replacing the wiper blades yearly you could just replace the cartridge and keep the painted frame if you did it

I've been painting for the last two weeks (little accents here and there) and I've been using the Duplicolor clear enamel in the black can with clear lid. I painted my diff cover with some blue metallic and clear-coated like crazy and it looked amazing; I also painted torsion-bars, the covers for the t-bars, uca's, the sway bar, the rear shocks and my rollpan with the same kind of paint and clear. Wait a day or two for it to dry and through some LIGHT rubbing compound on it and then wax it.
