They have little clips that hold them on and I don't think you can get the clips anywhere. I would get them from the dealer.

I would honestly venture onto look into aftermarket flares. Such as the many options available from Bushwacker. Their quality is absolutely top notch. And the fit and finish is actually better than the factory flares. They are a no-drill mounting system. So yes, basically a bolt-on.

Yeah they're a little on the expensive side, but they are very good products. I'd steer away from the OE style because they are the OE style for 93-00 trucks. AKA they'll look dated on your '03.

Your Bushwacker options are as follows:

OE Style:

Extend-A-Fender (offers more coverage than stock, while still looking stock):

Pocket Style (offers the same extra coverage as the previous flares, but also adds an "off road" touch...):

Don't even consider the "Cut-out style". They look out of place even on a hugely lifted truck.

Bushwacker is a good option, definitely check them out, in fact they may be easier to install.

Chk out the Ranger EDGE Flares also, OEM and there are clips that need holes to install but to me one of the best looking Ford OEM Flares.

Where to look for Ford Parts other than the local JY here’s two locations:

Tasca Ford - http://www.tascaparts.com/partlocato...?siteid=213668

Fast OEM Ford Parts - http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...layCatalogid=0
