swapping headlights and grilles

i wanna get new better looking headlights and a grile for my 1994 xlt ranger anyone know a good place to get them or if i can swap to a newer year ranger?

you can only use 93-97 lights and grills. the 4x4\splash grill will require the headlight trim pieces too.
