New Goodies coming

Just ordered a pair of black headlights/corners (like the headlight mod) then some new EDGE decals because I pressure washed half of my passenger side away. Then I'm going to be painting my door/tailgate handles and grille.

And now I have a question, I was discussing this with 03whtEDGE, I was thinking about putting a pair of KC HiLites Slimlite 130 watt Long range lights inside the grille. 03whtEDGE has put a pair of these but the 100 watt driving lights in his grille. My question is, would the 130 watt get hot enough to melt the grille. 03whtEDGE said he has about 1 1/2 inch clearance between the bulb and the grille.

Also I will be buying a 130 amp BOSCH alternator, that should be able to handle everything with no problems right?

PIX will be coming soon, probably will take me about 3 weeks to get this done.

Oh and i get a completly new bumper wednesday because I was rear ended. (not bad at all though)

You'll be fine with those lights. The stock alternator would work fine, why are you upgrading?

I've seen a thread about mounting the lights behind the grille, and IIRC, everyone said you won't have to worry about it melting the grille.

I'm replacing the alt because its getting worn out. when im sitting parked at night with my lights on and then roll down the windows my lights will dim and my windows will slow down dramatically when rolling them up or down. I just replaced the battery not even a year ago.
