I have an 02 ranger xl and would like a billet grill. I see there are tons out there on ebay but dont know the quality of these. Anyone have one they really like? Easy installation and low price would be nice too. Let me know what you have and where you got it. Pics would help. Thanks

 

I have the Stull Billet Grille in an 03 Edge.
The install was pretty easy, but I had to oval the two holes on the upper mount bracket. It was a bit of a pain to get the factory Edge insert out of the shell is what I remember most.
I like the looks of it - it gave the truck an F-150 look.

However, I can not recomend it because the paint started to peal within 6 months - pretty much one winter. I have read of this happening to other ranger Stull grilles, and also seen paint peeling on a friends 85 Scottsdale Stull grille- replaced under warranty 2x.
Mine was a gift, no reciept, point of purchace etc. So I will just wait till it gets too ugly and have something done with it. The peeling has much reduced since I started doing less highway driving.

I have a Carrage Works billet grille in my 78 Silverado that still looks as good as the day I put it in 11 years ago. No winters on it but plenty of highway time.

I'd vote for one of those.
