03 xlt valance change

Hey guys
Few questions I was involved in a little fender bender and my front lower valance on my truck was damaged. On my truck now I have the valance that does not have the fog lights holes. I found one online with the fogs lights holes and I want to buy it and put it on my truck. Can it be done? And also it there a way I can find a harness for the fog lights to be used with a switch you can find at an auto parts store? Can someone please show me a picture example or point me in the right direction please?
Thanks Ben

Alot of people install a switch under the dash. Positive and ground. You can pick where you get your power from fuse box or battery. Check any hardware store for the right wiring connector. Do it yourself, its pretty basic.

Actually no your not going to be able to get the valance with the fog holes, because the 4wd valance (With fogs) come up over the bumper at each end, where the 2wd ones do not...
