Put the headlight in the oven at 200 to 215 for 25 min checking them every 5 min. ( i checked my frist one every 5 mins, but on the second one i checked them every 10 min. Second one came apart so much easier. just keep and eye on the headlight while in the oven, and youll be fine.

hey Shane you could PM the new idea you have never seen done before...i could try it out when i get my Emblems so that way you dont have to spend all that time again on emblems if im already going to be doing it...lol...i have a heated garage so i can paint when ever...lol.

LOL i would put them in the truck but im not driving it anymore...it needs new ball joints and my new tires are showing a little wear. Plus the rubber sealant take 24 hrs to dry...i sill need to go around where the lense meets the headlight...want to get it water tight.
