Different look

i dont have any pictures but ill just give a brief description of the truck. its white with grey fender flares (stock ones) and grey bumpers with grey grill. to me it seems very dull, now im trying to go with an aggressive/sporty look, not so much as a monster truck. i have 31's with some decent chrome wheels, i also have a visor on the truck. what would you get to make it look more aggressive? thanks.

yeah good idea on clear corners, but i was also thinking of just going to a junk yard and taking a chrome grill off a ranger or i could possibly have my grill/bumpers painted, then it would look like a splash lol.. im afraid that if i remove the flares theres gonna be rust.. and lift it how high ? (31's remember) and i have a lund visor without the lights on it and i was thinking on a roll bar with lights on it, but you think that would make my truck look goofy/long ? thanks again. and about the pictures i had posted up a picture awhile ago, i cant now i have like 100 ft of snow right now lol jk more like 8 inches but yeah ill try to find it. thanks again.

since your truck is white...how about some blacked out headlights, corners and tails....then paint the flares black...and either get the chrome or paint the gray on your bumpers black....

is it 2wd or 4wd?

front end does because i think i can fit 32's in the back and still have 2-3 inches of space while the front is crammed a tiny bit.. double roll bar and i havent had a chance theres about a foot of snow now on my truck lol. but all in all does this truck have the capability of looking sporty/agressive? and also, what would you do and not do to the truck ?

take a look at Redneckstone's truck, he has the same generation as you but 2wd reg cab. he had a sweet push bar on there and altogether looked really agressive...i would get rid of the visor thing though...and maybe even the bugshield...

Ditch the gauwdy moon visor and do a complete front fascia update.

if you really want to look more agressive, drive around with Alkaseltzer in your mouth and your windows down

i ditched the bug thing, but the visor... im not sure because it leaves holes where the bolts were and if rain or water got in it it would probably rust know what i mean.. what im kind of dissapointed in is the height of the truck. i wish it was a little higher up and i dont have the money for a lift.. any suggestions? also if you'd like do a search on general grabbers A/T 2 and picture them on the truck lol.. thanks

i think the body lift and some bigger tires would help a lot, i bet it already looks 10 times better just having the 31s on it, my 98 had almost the exact same stance when i bought it and wheels and tires made a huge difference in looks, a push bar with lights like redneckstone had would be cool, also if you can't fing a roll bar for the bed, consider a KC light bar that mounts on the roof and putting 4 6in lights up there, i would get rid of the visor if you can find a way to fill the holes in

ok thats cool but the thing is, i just bought these tires in august.. so they are fairly new.. the only thing(s) on the entire truck that really really bugs me is the grey grill (same color as flares) and the flares. because i want my tires to stick out a little bit but with them on you cant see them. is there a way to take them off ?? and finnally the tail hitch lol it sticks wayy out i know that unbolts but still i think it looks tacky. the visor i sort of like but im afraid if i take it off i wont be able to put it back on, if i didnt like it off. i can find a roll bar for 80 bucks in decent shape and installed. (with lights too) lol i can say though, that when i park my truck at school some kid has this 87 s-10 (tiny truck)with i think 22 inch tires not rims tires lol and i look at his truck and kind of laugh.

hey edgeaholic see i kinda like the visor too and by the way your truck is sharp man. just curious if you look up above at the white truck (i have 31's now) what would you get/change/remove/add anything you think that would make the truck look sporty, much like yours ? i like rangerjustins direction of the lights. thanks.

I think the visor looks good as well

I don't think it'd look good with a body lift and 31s I ran around like that for a short time until I got my 33s

If you really want to clean up the look of your truck, I'd paint the flares black or to match the body, paint the bumpers, clear corners, 01 style mirrors, 06 emblems among other small things. And If i was you i'd be lookin around for a nice set of 15x8's.

i forgot to say that truck pic is an older one, those are like 26's lol i got 31's on now but i dont have any pictures. i guess what my problem is too me the truck looks long and the tires look small. i dont have any money for lifts or new tires so im going to have to wait. im open to all opinions and what do the 01 style mirrors look like? i was just going to try to find some white splash ones.
