Hey everyone I will be getting paid here soon and I have a broken tail light and want to just get a set of after market ones and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what kind I should get.... I also found out that my leaf spring mount is broken and wanted to know if anyone knows where to go for some cheap parts that would work.......thanks!

kinda depends on the color of your ride too. I'm not sure about the leaf mount but I'm sure you'll get some responses on that one who knows suspension better then I :)

nice truck by the way. I have a 97 2.3L manual with 173,000 miles on it. Take care of it and that little motor will run forever.

 

my truck is white i am hoping to get a digital camera so i get some pictures uploaded on here

 

is it the front or rear hanger that is broke? you could probably find one at a junkyard for cheap.

 

If your truck is white, you might want the tails that are chrome instead of black. It really depends on your taste. Don't let us influence your decision too much lol

As long as you dont put a 6 foot wing on the back of your truck mounted to your bumper somehow....you'll be fine lol.

I sometimes wonder if the kids that put the huge wings on their Neons even know what the function of a wing actually is lol.....ahhhhh thats amusing.

 

Yea I like those too. I think that would look pretty slick on a white truck, especially the clear corners. It makes it look a lot cleaner. I need to do that at some point I reckon.

yea i buy stuff from ebay but certain things I tend to stay away from. I always read the feedback (especially the negative) before i buy off ebay. Headlights and taillights....I'd probably try getting them off ebay first. If you want to check out a bigger selection..... www.stylinconcepts.com is a pretty decent site. You could also check out www.jusnesmodified.com and www.underdog-performance.com

I'd probably try getting some tails and headlights off ebay. There's a lot of guys in here who got their tails off ebay as far as I know.

a white truck with black/CF taillights looks awesome. Chrome is just lame...

Chrome is the greatest. id do my whole truck chrome if I thought I wouldn't get pulled over every 10 minutes lol

Black wouldnt look bad either. It just depends on the look hes going for. Like I said, don't let us influence your decision too much, get what YOU think would look best on there.

 

your contrudicting yourself here did the SPRING or the HANGER or the SHACKEL brake you have 3 chioces...pick one..

the hanger is like $24 new from the dealer

the shackel is $23 new from the dealer

the spring is usually around $50 for the junk yard...
