isnt the front edge of the 06 flare wider than the 'ear' of the valence where it comes up to meet the body? On the 01 flares they line up perfectly

I bought these from an online discount ford parts dealer. Just do a google search. I found at least 3 with near identical websites and prices. I just found the one with the lowest price and called them just cause I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right part. They ran about $70 a piece if I remember correctly. They weren't cheap but I wanted a set and had no luck finding any used.
My truck had no flares so I just drilled the holes in the wheel wells and used the toyota tape Sea-Bass recommended. The Toyota tape was a pain to work with and kind of expensive. I think if I was going to do it again, I'd try to look into the fender flare tape chevy ZR2's use. It looks thicker and may do a better job.
