some one school me on b4000 projector install
i have special projectors that slip in through the 9007 bulb holes
how long exactly do you have to "HEAT" the housings for ,
these projectors will fit without modifications , because the b4000 headlight housings are deep
i know that they are not morimoto , but they are all i need

Hey Cheese, I love those projectors. Gives me a sharp cut off line. If you use a convection oven preheat the oven to 250 and turn it off before putting the units in. Let them sit in for 10 minutes and try them out. If the glue doesn't seem lose enough repeat the process but put it for another 5 minutes longer. Do not keep the heat turned on with the headlight unit in, ask me how i know.

I used two blocks of wood to balance it on. I bought EagleEyes aftermarket headlight unit for the Ranger. Very well built unit for $20. BUT the glue was a %*$@& to get off. I had the temp up to 275F and used a hair drier to keep the glue more pliable while I pried it out. It will depend on the brand of headlight unit your baking, start low and go slow and use your best judgement. Don't want to melt it in the oven and have the wife kill you (Before you finish the mod anyways).
Recovery will go by a lot faster and be more effective the more Mods you take on! Lol.
