I mean really how can it be built cheaper. If you price out a equivalent FX4 your only around 3k less. Then shocks, flares and tires puts you easily over that difference. Not including not having all that warrantied and any ford dealership.
I definitely agree you could build one stronger but not for that price and not have the convience of having it warrantied.

The warranty yes its not gonna have that. And also your not going to be able to be a new F150 for that price. I guess I meant you can build a much stronger and capable rig for cheaper then that. Start with a older f150 like 200 or even a 2004 if you can find one cheap enough. And you could totally build one cheaper. But there would be no warranty and your probably not going to want to drive the built truck as a DD.

An old high mileage f150 could be built for less money? Thanks captain obvious! lol
But we are talking about brand new, straight from the showroom. Quite a different story. I don't understand why people use this retarded argument. Someone wants a new truck, spend an extra few grand and get one that will beat the pants off of most everything else off road with a full warranty, and not have to deal with sourcing aftermarket parts and mix and matching components.
So you don't like it or cant afford it, that is the bottom line. Get over it and quit hating that someone else bought one.
