Bulbs on left are 6000K's from my 55w kit,
Bulbs on the right are 8000k's from the 35w kit
Notice a difference? Both are 9007 H/L's

Plugs on the bulbs are the same except the high/low switch plug Left 55w right 35w

See how different the starters are?

Has anyone else recived the junk on the right side of the pics from ddm?

The only thing they got right were the ballast right is the 55w left 35w and one of them was dead on arrival

No issues with my 35w H/L kit here. I ordered the slim ballasts though.

I was about to start a thread about DDM.. I ordered my HIDs on the 3rd, I have yet to get any shipping information and the status on their site says 'processing' not 'complete' like the FAQ said it will when its shipped.. I tried calling a half dozen times today, got busy signals and no answers, left a message and no ones got back to me yet.. I want my money back so i can pay more to someone else for some good service.. **** DDM

i had the same problem, it took them like 3 weeks to update my order. They say that their website doesn't update what they have in stock and the ballasts/ bulbs they don't have they have to make which takes like a week i think (in their faq). The best way to get in touch with them is through online tech support live chat thing. Guy answered all of my questions, i think his name was Brian Spaine or something. I'd wait before canceling, i had to wait about a month but i am very happy with their product, worth the wait imho.

To the op your 35w setup looks exactly like mine and i have had absolutely no problems with mine, knock on wood.

The never answer their phone. I had a problem before and I had to email them. They will fix the problem though. Also since the holidays just passed so expect to wait for your orders since they are recovering. From what I have heard it is a tiny shop with a few employees. Also I refuse to buy anything other than their brand because the Raptor kits sound way too cheap.

I have had their kit on my quad for ever a year and I have never had a problem with it. My buddy is going on 2 years with his kit on the GTO. Also no problems.

Hell im sure most of the HID kits come from over there. Cheap labor man. Just dont go get them from xenonlink....think your experience was bad, you havent seen nothing yet! I did buy some $49 ebay HID's and have been extremely happy with them so far

You can go through Paypal.

It's not a quick process usually, but as long as your courteous, and correct in your judgment. (Not saying you won't be, or aren't!) They seem to work with ya.

my kit woulda been great. but they left out.. oh only about the most important part of the kit. the hi-low controller. so i just have a big white plug. i was like wtf does this do

i ordered a 55w kit. other then the controller not coming ,it seems very nice. its fused. the harness is all put together and ready to be put in place. bulbs seem nice. but they could have come with instructions. i was sitting there scratching my head for a few min when trying to figure out how to get the plastic covering off the bulbs lol. finally saw how the base disconnects from the bulb itself.
