5.4L CompCams video
Put together a little video of my cams. Thought you guys who might ever do a 4.6L / 5.4L SC would like a decent reality check on what they sound like.
These cams have little overlap and so the "lope" is not quite typical. They are designed so that you don't push PSI & nitrous out the exhaust.

A few observations.
- You need a 2500 stall convertor.
- Raise the 1-2 shift for low throttle / low speed shifts to keep the rpms up.
- Don't lock the convetor under 40mph.
- Might consider advancing 2 or 4 deg if you want to make better low end power.
- They like rpms!
