Anyone know the biggest tire size you can run with the Bushwacker Cut-Out Flares and no lift (BL or SL) on a Torsion Bar IFS Ranger without rubbing...ever?
Are you going to cut out your fenders then?
With the right offset wheel, you could probably run 33's with a full crank of the t-bars.
You will probably have to either remove your inner fenders, or cut them. Same as your valance

The Idea is to do NO t-bar crank. Just trim, with the fenders to clean up and hide the carnage. The same idea as the AEV Highline Body Kit, bigger tires and little/no suspension lift.
I also want ZERO rub, no matter how the wheel is turned and suspension is flexed.

I don't know but fiberglass fenders and pulled bedsides would be much more effective than cut out flares imo, and look better.
Here is a good, clean looking, mild fiberglass fender.
4" flare, 3" rise. Should make plenty of room for tires.

1998 to 2010 Ford Ranger Front Fenders. 4" flare 3" rise

I kept wanting to get another ranger and run a 1" body lift, mild fenders and 33s to keep it nice and clean, looks good actually with 35s.
Lately I have been trying to convince myself to get fiberglass on the F150 and run 37s on a 4" lift. hmm...
That's a possibility I've already considered and may do, but was wanting to explore the trimming route first.
BTW, has anyone ever looked into using full size flares on a Ranger?
that truck only has glass no bl or anything
I see it now, the fender's higher in the back than the front, which kinda makes it look like a BL w/o a rear bumper bracket.
Who's truck is that, BTW?
How big can you go (and with what type of backspacing) before you start rubbing the frame?

With a body lift and the wheels/tire specs I mentioned, I was never able to get my 98 ranger to rub on anything even with no sway bars. Most people that have a rub problem get it from running a wide wheel, and then the rub is on the front/rear of the fenders (in the bottom corners) or the bumper valence. Get rid of those and there is plenty of room to stuff tires. You could run 10" wide wheels with fiberglass as well which would make the tires come closer to the edge of the fiberglass.
