Has anyone swapped in non-ford seats?

there are a few people that have. as long as you switch over seat tracks, about anything will work

I found t5cents thread with saturn ion seats swapped in, but haven't been able to find anything else. I guess I'll just start looking for something comfortable that is roughly the right size.
