should get painted tomorrow. same as the front.
the tailget got dented offroadin. climbin a pretty steep grade into the sun, i caught a washout i though i could clear. i was wrong, and ended up goin back down the grade. quicker than i could get her into reverse to crawl down, i was against a tree.
the bedside got busted when my wife lost control of the truck on ice in an interstate rest area. used the bedside, tail light, and my new exhaust to remove one of thier "no parking" signs. got the exhaust fixed, and these ugly tailights for free.

i am undecided on wether to fix body damage. i like to trail ride, and i figure as soon as i fix sumthin, ill probly get more

the rear hitch looks a bit too low now? any possibility of combining the two or making stuff work better together or is that entirely of no concern to you lol

well, i built the bumper to function, and to replace my dented stocker. lookin good with the hitch was secondary initiative, i will admit that.
lookin at it as i built it, and now vs. the pics, i think it is jus the angle of the pics plus the fact that you can see thru the bumper and all of the hitch unlike with the stock bumper. the hitch is only 1" below the bottom tube. and only sticks out past it 1.5"

if i really wanted it to look perfect, id probly fix the body damage, maybe wax it once in a while, polish the wheels, and remove the hitch entirely lol. or i never woulda bought a 4wd and jus kept my old 97

maybe you can build some bumpers and show me how?

*edit* bumper is painted and back on the truck. more pics here:
