light tab light bar

I don't the exact dimensions but this is what I Estimated. I haven't had a chance to make the actual setup to get the exact dimensions. The tab should be enough if you take a piece of flat stock that is about 7 in. Bend it at a 90 to have 2" piece and a 5" (where the lights will mount). [IMG][/IMG]

You'll need it longer than the tabs. To space 4 lights 9" would mean 27" from outside light hole to outside light hole.
x 9" x 9" x 9" x
You need another 1-1/2" on each end past the last hole. 30" would be the minimum length.
Install the light tabs then set the bar over it. Center it, then mark the holes to bolt them together.
use the formula above and the light tab won't interfere with the physical lights.

Holding up quite well sir, thanks again!! I found exactly what i was looking for a few months ago at the local scrap metal yard..... 0.500 x 2.000 channel. Cut the 'lip' off one side...nice beefy 3/16 crossmember thats sleek! Now...I just got to remember to bring it to work with me and have it make sweet love to the plasma cutter.
I used flat stock to make the tabs themselves. The crossmember *i believe* was originally flat sheet or 1/8" x 2" flat stock that was bent on a brake. I got it from Chad(posted above). Not exactly sure what/how it was made. lol.
