Bumper- little Different

wanted a different style bumper than the off-road look. so here it is, 11ga steel. top and bottom templates made then welded the main piece from center out to edges.

only complaint so far is the center caps dont fit correctly, had to put washer behind it to push it out and make it seat evenly.
but, easy to clean up.

Agree 110%. Cut it in 5 inches off the bottom. Add clevises and mount up some foglights.

looks ugly as hell! needs to be higher and pushed out a little bit more. needs more on the front... it kinda looks like you just threw on a piece of bent metal and called it a bumper

judging by his pics there is no real support/strength to this bumper... therefore no real benefit or use anyways

If downey hit anything with his truck it would disintegrate

Sweet, 4BT Ranger eh? Any pics of the swap job? I bet they're all over the place but I haven't seen 'em. I can appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the job, no point bashing something that was done well - even if it is a little out of place on a Ranger. Its definitely different. Cheers

At least it doesn't have any duct tape on it. I've seen far worse things built in my day.

Cut some holes for fog lights and run it.
