Door trimming

What's the best way to do some minor door trimming? I got some door speakers that are a little too big and don't fit in the door. I don't know what the best way to trim my door would be though. I only need to get rid of like 1/8" on each side. Tips? Advice on doing so?

A little update I guess... I just took some tin snips and roughly cut out what needed to be cut then used the dremel to clean it up. Looks clean and the speakers fit well so mission accomplished.
