prerunner front bumper help?
Im lookin into makin a prerunner style front bumper and skid plate for my 01 4x4 but i dont have a welder. 
Any way i can do this with out one? Or anyone in Nor Cal. that would make me one? Anyone have any suggestions on how i could do this or pictures on how you did yours?
