My Rear bumper..re visited..

Well many of you have asked how I built my rear bumper... well Your in luck, I had to take it off and strip the Alaskan Winter rust off of it and finally add some more metal to it..

Last summer It was holding up to the rain and what have you but now....

The Cancer is taking it.. and Fast!

Here it sits with the new metal tacked in place..

and here it is off of the truck.. It's all built off of a Hidden hitch.

I have to finish taking the rust off in the morning. then prime it and repaint it,

so more photo's of it to come...

O yeah I'm not a welder by any means I know enough to get me by, my welds sucked monkey ***** today.. couldn't seem to get the feed and the gas just right.. O well..

you need to get a honda impaler for that thing(by that i mean one of those giant hooks that goes in your hitch) then the bumper would definitaly say "just try me".

That is, without a doubt, the best looking rear bumper I've seen. I want to make one like that when I find the fullsize I want.

Theres some .120 wall DOM and some .standard .20 black iron. its all 1 1/2 in. dia. pipe. I think... I built most of that bumper a year and a half ago and some of the pipe was extra from my buddy's projects..

That is hands down my favorite rear bumper I have seen on any Ranger on the site. Love how well the front matches it as well.

Looks great man
