n ot usre if its to hot or to cold....

the bumper gona have a hitch reciver on the bottom, and not sure if ill add a pair of tabs to put some d-rings.... yet.... gota see if i can find a nice plate to do them. its gona be bolted on an angle plate to the frame and from there some reiforment direcly to the hitch so secure it and be strong enough to yank someone out of a mud hole or w/e...

ah and the sides im still gona do some more cutting to make them more... atractive... and im case of someone rearending me give some more gap wo it doesent hit the body

no. The idea is to tuck it in. Already cut a little from the inside to get it 2" further in.

If i can go home early and work on it i hope to finish the brackets and wled the hitch reciver

The whole point of it is to give better clearence because the hitch just droped very low... And i didnt like the stock bumper anyway.

thabks. No idea on the heating prob. Sure hope its jusr mud on the rad.

Was bored with a pen on hand so i draw it were it should go to have ann idea of size and were to mountt the hitch and lights etc.

Onle 4 little pieces missing to cut and weld and then some grinding, little body filler for the front rough edges, and a can or 2 of black paint. Then its up on the truck.
